Make Qt3D on Qt5 buildable without widgets or opengl

      Qt5 now has widgets and opengl in seperate libraries/modules. Some platforms that Qt3D needs to support will have those turned off, so it must be buildable, even then.

      It's OK to have some of the more desktop related items only available when building for desktop, but turned off on constrained targets.
