Floating QDockwidget objects are not painted when their state is restored

• Floating QDockwidget objects are not painted when their state is restored
  using the following command in spyderlib/spyder.py:
  self.restoreState( QByteArray().fromHex(str(hexstate)) )

I'm unable to produce a small test case in Qt (Spyder itseld - where we experience the issue - uses Python with PyQt/PySide). Hopefully, somebody here can confirm the issue.
