Add a criteriaChanged signal to QValidator.

QValidator has no generic mechanism to signal that one of its validation inputs has changed.

This means if for example the range of an QIntValidator changes after it has been assigned to a TextInput the TextInput will not know to update its acceptableInput property until something else that may affect the validity changes.
