Printing on Windows sets incorrect printer device width and height

    Description

      On Windows, when printing with a standard (non-custom) paper size, the margins are being subtracted from the printable area of the page instead of the physical area of the page. This results in margins that are too large.

      The bug is in QWin32PrintEngine::metric. I have a working patch that I will submit once I can get my gerrit account set up.
