Qt Multimedia GStreamer backend doesn't support HW-accelerated video decoding

      libva based video codec take the advantage of hardware for video decode/encode, it uses customized gst buffer(GstVaBuffer). this GstVaBuffer can convert into Pixmap for rendering.
      we need add support for this GstVaBuffer in Qt Multimedia.

      Without this, Qt Multimedia cannot use HW-accelerated decoding even if available on the platform.

      This is especially needed for embedded systems.
