The text in https://qtmetrics.europe.nokia.com/qtmobility/mainline/qtmultimediakit.html#details is very confusing:

"QtMultimediaKit is a module containing the low level, low latency, Multimedia APIs which were introduced in Qt 4.6 and also includes the high level QtMultimedia APIs which were introduced in QtMobility 1.0."

I understood that QtMultimediaKit is the high-level API and then there's another low-level module QtMultimedia that as part of Qt. This seems to be reversed in the doc text. Also the doc links from "QtMultimedia APIs" part to Qt documentation not to QtMobility even though they are said to be part of QtMobility from 1.0 onward.

Perhaps a architectural box picture explaining the different parts would be good.
