Qt 4.8.0 QtHelpd4.dll in qt-win-opensource-4.8.0-mingw.exe incorrectly dependent on QtCore4.dll

    Description

      The pre-compiled distribution qt-win-opensource-4.8.0-mingw.exe seems to contain QtHelpd4.dll (debug version) that is dependent on QtCore4.dll (release version). The problem being that any resulting debug executables that are build with the Help System will not run correctly and tend to seg. fault.

      Current Fix: Disable binding of help system within application.
