Add an exludefiles variable to the qdocconf file

Sometimes we want to generate documentation for special cases where we don't want to include certain files in the qdoc input, but these files are in the same directories as all the files that we do want to include. In this case, the excluddirs variable is not sufficient. We need an excludefiles to list individual files to be excluded.
