MacDeployQt: Update plugin deployment for Qt 5

    Description

      macdeployqt contains logic to select which plugins to deploy based on which Qt frameworks are in use. This should be updated for Qt 5. In particular:

      Platform plugins: skip all except cocoa by default.
      Accessibility: add logic for libqtaccessibleqtquick1 libqtaccessiblequick.dylib (QML 1 and 2)
