      Add a conversion function for QImage -> HBITMAP. Since we have functions that go to and from a HBITMAP for a QPixmap and ones that go from a HBITMAP for a QPixmap then it would be good if we had one that converted a QImage to a HBITMAP without using a QPixmap in between as this would make it possible to use with QCoreApplication.
