QT_NO_SHAREDMEMORY when cross-compiling Qt with mingw32 under Linux

      When building qt for cross compiling with mingw32 under linux, configure script fails to detect right IPC capabilities of target system, and disables shared memory support with QT_NO_SHAREDMEMORY. Removing 5167-th line from "configure" file helps, but this is an ugly hack.
