OS X: application menuitem is shown twice

Application specific menu item(s) are shown twice in Cocoa package. In Carbon (for Qt4) there's only one menu item after this use case.

Steps to reproduce:

1. launch application
2. check application specific menu (Registration is shown once)
3. close window (but not the whole application)
4. check application specific menu (Registration is shown twice)
