failure when using QGraphicsScene::render() to render to QPrinter when printing to a PDF or to a printer.

Attached is an example application to reproduce the issue. In the example there is a QGraphicsRectItem with a checkbox in the scene.

Run the app and press Print (shows the print dialog). Compare the results of a "Print to file" and "PDFCreator" (same result as printing to printer). The former shows the check box in the rectangle, the latter shows the rectangle and a tiny downsclaed checkbox in the upper left corner of the document.
