QElapsedTimer::elapsed() restarts after ~11000ms on WinXP Home SP3

    • Windows XP Home SP3 32bit. Qt libraries 4.8.0 for Windows (VS 2008, 273 MB). Compiler: MS Visual C++ Express 2008.

      QElapsedTimer::elapsed() always restarts after ~11000ms on Windows XP Home SP3 and Qt 4.8. In Qt 4.7.4 is OK.
