Parts of Linguist tool chain are inconsistent in help messages

The tools in tool chain of Linguist have a little inconsistence with help messages. lconvert prints out its switches prefixed with double dash, other tools prints out with single dash.

It is not a best thing, primarily because it suggests to developers/translators they cannot use double-dash version of switches in these tools, what is definitelly not true.
