Need property for setting MouseArea's pressAndHold time-out

      In some situations the time-out for the MouseArea's pressAndHold
      signal is too long. Trying to achieve the desired effect with
      a MouseArea and Timer has proven unviable. Thus a new MouseArea
      property used to set the time-out is needed.
