Remove the minimum size limit (about 80 pixels at the moment) from QDockWidget

At the moment QDockWidget's minimum size is limited and the dock widget cannot be smaller than about 80 pixels. The limit for it should be removed or a new API which could be used to set the minimum size should be implemented.
