Better attribution for 3rd party code

      Qt3D uses a number of 3rd party projects and where those projects have attribution style licenses notices are required.

      These notices are currently included in source, but should be displayed in documentation and about dialogs.

      As Qt3D approaches its first 1.0 release a better job needs to be made of displaying these attributions.
