[Xcode] XCode 3.0 asks for project root on first open of project

Every time a xcode 2.x xcodeproj file is generated and opened in xcode 3.0, xcode asks the user
to specify the project root.

This seems to be because QMake generates the old version number in the xcodeproj files that it creates from pro files.

It would be nice if Qt Generated xcodeproj files better, so that this setting did not have to be confirmed each time a xcodeproj file is regenerated.
