SFW should offer a way to asynchronously load interfaces

      Currently, the loadInterface() call is blocking until the service has been
      started. This step can take several seconds on a device. For a UI application
      that needs to connect to an agent that is not currently running, this means
      that the UI is not responsive for several seconds.
