      Description

      • Given an application which loads texture images
      • When more than one object uses the same texture image
      • Then the image should be cached on first load to avoid having to reload it.

      Notes:

      QML already supports some degree of image caching. It may be possible to expose the underlying declarative code to activate this functionality with minimal effort. This might require usage of what are now private headers, so discussion with declarative team would be required.
