Border of polygon/circle remains where it was at previous zoom level when zooming in

Sometimes when zooming in on mapviewer, a circle or large polygon will leave its border behind – it will stay in the same position and size as it was at the previous zoom level when you have changed to the next one. It only occurs when the zoom level you are changing too makes the border on longer visible.
