Not all Carbon events are passed through macEventFilter

The documentation implies that by reimplementing macEventFilter "you get direct access to all Carbon Events that are received from Mac OS X", which is not quite correct. You get access to those Carbon Events that Qt processes, ie. those registered with the Carbon event system. Other events are not passed through this filter function.
