MapRectangle, MapPolygon, and MapPolyline are broken at certain locations

Steps leading to problem:
1. Make MapRectangle, MapPolygon, or MapPolyline items draggable in MapViewer
2. Zoom out to around 2.5 zoom level
3. Add markers to draw any one of the above items.
4. Drag and place the item on the dateline to see the item disappear or its border drawn incorrectly

5. Repeat step 3
6. Drag and place the item to the edge of screen to see it drawn incorrectly across the screen
