Document best practices for item positioning / layout in QML

      There are several ways to position items: using absolute positioning where width, height, x and y values are set manually; using bindings; using anchors; using the Grid/Column/Row elements.

      Currently it is unclear which method is the most performant. This needs to be investigated and documented.
