[qt5] gperf, flex, bison checks missing in configure

    Description

      Was trying to compile qt5, to use it with cordova-qt following this tutorial:
      http://qt-project.org/wiki/PhoneGap-for-Qt-5#2ffb98a13047e703ba45500dc134aebf

      I was using this snapshot:
      http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5.0/beta-snapshots/2012-05-31_07-02-35/

      After running the build script during hours, the compiler complains about the unavailable grepf, flex and bison binaries.

      IMO, this should be checked in the configure script.
