Qt 5 binary installer is missing shortcuts on final page of installer wizard

The old Qt 4 installers used to have a couple of checkboxes on the last page of the installer wizard. These allowed the user to run the demo launcher and to view the Qt docs in assistant.

These shortcuts are currently missing from the new Qt 5 installer, presumably because the demo launcher is currently broken and the html docs are not yet in the packages.

When those items do make it into the packages, the shortcuts should be added too. The docs should make it for 5.0.0, but the demo launcher will probably take longer to reappear.
