Add support for "fit viewport to map objects" in MapItemView

    Description

      User should be able to ask the map to zoom/pan such that all map objects are displayed. It would also be nice to integrate this with MapItemView so that when new objects are available the map can be automatically zoomed/panned appropriately to display them.

      this bug is just for the integration with mapitemview
