    Description

      In the QMake XCode generator the qt_preprocess.mac file includes rules for building Objective-C sources.

      These rules are not needed in the file, as Xcode will build Objective-C files directly and since CC and CXX are defined to be empty having the rules present can generate superfluous warnings.
