Investigate QWebSocket as a c++ API

      Does it need to use QNetworkAccessManager?
      If not, it still needs to do some http-like things.
      If yes, how to convert QNetworkReply

      Note the underlying socket could be QTcpSocket or QSslSocket

      QWebSocket[Private] needs to implement everything in RFC6455, except possibly the opening handshake.

      Use the websocket.org JS API as a reference to design the public API
