Video capture test cases

      Tests for video capture should be carried out on all tier 1 desktop platforms (Win7/8*, Mac OS 10.7/10.8* and Linux) [*when supported]

      Test cases to include C++ and QML API's and examples.

      Goal is to automate any suitable test. Others shall remain manual or semi automated. QtUiTest dependent.

      Test to include:

      Feature tested: C++ QML
      Camera device selection    
      Codec encoder support    
      Viewfinder/Preview support    
      Capture audio/video    
      Recording controls (Start, Stop, Pause)    
      Audio/video sync tests    
      Adjust camera settings    
      Metadata support
