Move no-Gui related QML types from QtQuick into QtQml

Some QML types in QtQuick library are actually not Gui related and should be moved into QtQml library, for example:

QQuickConnections, QQuickTimer, QQuickPackage, QQuickBind, etc.

Further more, these types probably can also be registered in both the QtQml and QtQuick namespaces, so that they can be used in those applications which don't need to import QtQuick module.
