Improve qml runtime features

      Many useful features in qmlviewer are lacked in qmlscene, we should figure out how many features in qmlviewer are also needed for qmlscene and bring them back.

      The following features are missing in qmlscene:

      1. Menus
      2. Reloading
      3. Snapshot & video recording
      4. Fine-control Animation speed
      5. I18N support: add translation files
      6. Orientation control
      7. Some other options: netcache size, devicekeys, drag threshold, warning message control, stay-on-top, etc
