Map gesture area tests fail

Change 468626e99a90d6ac21cb311cde05c658ccb3b781 "Propagate synthesized mouse events in parallel with touch." in qtdeclarative caused a regression in the map gesture area auto test in Qt Location.

Events are no longer propagating correctly. This is caused in part because, QQuickItem::setFiltersChildMouseEvents() is false and QDeclarativeMapGestureArea is not based on a QQuickItem.
