QCombBox not dismissed if window moved

      On the Mac (and probably elsewhere), an open QComboBox should be dismissed if the main window it belongs to is dragged while the menu is visible.

      This was the case in 4.7.2, but in 4.8.2 the window can be dragged leaving the old pop-up window floating unanchored on the screen.

      It can be seen using the painterpaths demo - open a QComboBox, drag the window, and the menu is left on screen rather than being dismissed.
