QGraphicsWebView doesn't have way how to manipulate with scrollbars.

      QGraphicsWebView does not have any option how to manipulate with its own scrollbars via QML/C++. Horizontal scrollbar shows only if is needed, vertical remains still present. At least add scroll bar policy to enable/disable scrollbars.
