On Mac, QWindow-derived widget does not get exposeEvent() notification when window is resized.

      You can observe this bug if you launch qt3d/demos/qt3d/shapes example.
      On Linux, scene is repainted each time window is resized.
      On Mac, it isn't. Breakpoint inside ShapesWidget:exposeEvent() is only hit once.
