Front page of docs has stale links to external items

Under the "What is Qt" heading, the index page has links to external pages on Qt Creator, Qt SDK and Qt Simulator. Under the heading "Qt Manuals" the link to Qt Simulator is repeated and there is a different link to Qt Creator.

The Qt Simulator links should probably disappear, as they are related to Nokia Symbian devices.

The first link to Qt Creator should point to http://qt-project.org/wiki/QtCreatorWhitepaper instead of the out-of-date http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/QtCreatorWhitepaper.

The second link points to http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtcreator-2.4/index.html but the latest Creator is 2.5 and 2.6 should be out around the same time as Qt 5.0.0.

The link to Qt SDK points to http://doc.qt.nokia.com/nokia-qtsdk-1.0.1/index.html. The latest Qt SDK is 1.2.1 and there will hopefully be a new one for Qt 5.0.0. In any case, the link should point ot qt-project.org instead of nokia.com.
