Binary installers need a README that is specific to binary packages

      The Qt5 binary installers contain the same README.txt as source packages. This file is mostly about how to build Qt5, which is redundant information for a pre-built binary package.

      The binary packages should have a README file that describes how to use Qt5 – how to find the examples and demos, find the documentation, and how to compile applications against the libraries shipped in the package.
