Windows binary installer must install debug version of VC Redistributables

    Description

      The qt-project's Windows installer ships both debug and release versions of the Qt libraries, and all of the binaries seem to be debug mode also.

      At present the package only appears to install release mode Visual C++ redistributable libraries. This causes all executables in the package, e.g. Desktop\Qt\5.0.0\msvc2010\bin\designer.exe, to fail with "Cannot open MSVCP100D.DLL".
