Digia-generated Windows installer has zero byte .prl files

    Description

      After installation, the directories <InstallDir>\Desktop\Qt\5.0.0\msvc2010 and <InstallDir>\Desktop\Qt\5.0.0\msvc2010_64 both contain zero-byte .prl files. In the corresponding qt-project-generated package, these files are not empty – each is similar to the following:

      Desktop\Qt\5.0.0\msvc2010\lib\QtCore.prl
