Tooltip on Mac doesn't show up property (and othe focus issues?)

Only the tooltip of the first widget hovered over in a Mac window shows up. Hovering the mouse over other widget does not show the tooltip of the new widget and the first tooltip stays on screen.

Try the follow sample code:

	layout->addRow("Field 1", edit);

	edit = new QLineEdit;
	edit->setToolTip("Tooltip 2");
	layout->addRow("Field 2", edit);

	w.show();
	
	return a.exec();
}

Hover the mouse over the line edit of "Field 1". The tooltip of the filed pops up correctly. Then move and hover the mouse over the line edit of "Field 2". Note the firs tooltip stays on screen and the second one never shows up.

Also notice that after clicking in either of the line edit, the mouse cursor stays in the I beam cursor even when moved over other part of the window. It's supposed to switch to arrow when moved outside of the field. You need to click at somewhere outside of the field to bring it back to normal.
