Qt-project Windows binary installer is not correctly signed for Winfows 7

      When the Windows installer generated by the Qt-project is launched on Windows 7, the OS displays a warning dialog saying the vendor of the package cannot be verified and that the file comes from "Unknown Publisher".

      Presumably the Qt-project needs to purchase the appropriate signing certificate and signing tool to run as part of the packaging process.

      Digia-generated Windows installers are correct signed as "Digia plc".
