    Description

According to the developer comments, there are some new rules introduced into Qt, but failed to find related document update:

      • If the text is proceeded with the <html> tag the HTML default of LTR
is always enforced, so any text direction has to be encoded in the
html. This rule has been introduced in 4.4.1.
      • If text is either plain text, or rich text but without a <html> tag,
the text direction of the widget is used.

So more information should be added into RTF tag format:

      • to have <html> support dir=''
      • to have the upper rules
