QColorDialog's last selected custom color focus should be preserved

QColorDialog's last selected custom color focus should be preserved. If you click on a Custom color swatch, close the panel and re-open the panel it resets to the first Custom swatch. There is no indication as to which Custom swatch is the current one though. So often the 'Add to Custom Colors' updates the first swatch which is not the one you expect to update.

Displaying the focus/selection indicator around the current Custom color swatch when the dialog is redisplayed would help a lot. At least users would know which swatch will be updated.

In addition, please preserve the Custom color swatch focus/selection so that it appears the same the next time it is displayed.

This happens on Windows when I've chosen a Basic Color and OK or Cancel the dialog. Then the next time there is no focus in the Custom colors section and adding a custom color goes to the first one.
