VoiceOver doesn't recognize updates to QTextEdits when QTextEdit doesn't have focus on the mac

    Description

      An issue with QTextEdits and accessibility on the mac is
      that if the QTextEdit is updated when it doesn't have focus, the list
      of children it reports to VoiceOver doesn't change. Or at least,
      VoiceOver doesn't realize to query it for a new list.
