ActiveQt: qaxserver.rc, qaxserver.def, and qaxserver.ico are documented to be "part of the framework", which implies that they should be available in binary only release, too. They should be installed somewhere sensible when ActiveQt is installed. However, it should be somehow possible to use them also in projects built against uninstalled Qt without doing ugly conditional checking in .pro files.
