Fullscreen option doesn't work in examples/qtmultimedia/player

    Description

      On Ubuntu 12.04, pressing Fullscreen results in a black screen, then pressing Escape goes back to non-fullscreen but leaves the video playback widget black. Video playback works before pressing Fullscreen.
