qtconcurrent demo apps are mostly command-line-only; no need for bundle on OSX

There's not much point in packaging it as a bundle if the only useful output it produces is on the terminal when you run it from there. The .pro can be configured to avoid making the .app bundle. This applies to map, runfunction and wordcount.
