    Description

      Qt5 Beta1 29-08 Windows VC2010 64bit binaries requires icuin48.dll
      "The program can't start because icuin48.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

      Package http://releases.qt-project.org/digia/2012-08-29/ qt-windows-opensource-5.0.0-beta1-x86-offline.exe
      Can be noticed if starting Assistant, Designer or any pre-build example\demo.

      VC2010 32 bit binaries are working correctly.

      Note: This was working on 28-08 build (http://releases.qt-project.org/digia/2012-08-28_hotfix/)
